Great recipe! I would recommend titling this ‘Ketovore Pizza’ because a couple elements here would not be carnivore.

The price would be cheaper if you use raw chicken breasts and steam them. And the you have chicken without the canned flavor taste

The cheese you use are pre-shredded and has a lot of cornstarch to keep the shredded cheese from sticking together. I shred my own cheese to get around this problem.

That's not folding though. That's gentle stirring. You have to lift the material and flip it over on to if the rest. Have a go and see if it makes much difference.

Great question! From what I've heard, it's typically safe to eat raw egg yolks from good quality chickens, but you wouldn't want to consume raw egg whites. I've personally never had any issues with the raw egg yolks in my recipes. Using pasteurized eggs is also something others recommend when using raw egg yolks for recipes. Thanks for stopping by! :)

Change out your pan too if it’s nonstick. That is incredibly toxic. Use cast iron. Nothing sticks to it if it’s taken care of and seasoned, etc. Thanks for recipe!

I found that beating the egg whites separately and then folding them into the yolks results in fluffier pancakes, but as long as they taste good, why not use whatever method works best for you! Thanks for stopping by and commenting. :)

My guess is the egg whites needed to be a little stiffer - I'd try beating them longer or using more cream of tartar if you're okay adding it. Folding the egg whites in gently and cooking the batter immediately can make all the difference too! I hope they turn out amazing next time! Thanks so much for trying them out! :)

Change those kcups to a different natural cup or get a stainless steel one. The kcup has aluminum and plasticz both will leach into you coffee and cause leaky gut. Aluminum has been shown to aid in the cause of dementia.

You can get stainless steel reusable kcups that you refill with ground coffee. They also make percolators that are 100% stainless steel.

Pancakes arent pancakes unless they have a sweet syrup of nomekind on them. These however look like a great muffin substitute, where you could make these, some nacon, eggs and cheese and make a fantastic breakfast sandwich.
