@Melvorgazh Haha yes, I really liked this version of the song, but at some point the guy must have deleted his account because I couldn't find it anywhere. Every now and then I tried searching for it, because I wasn't sure if it was really gone or maybe the youtube search algorithm wasn't cooperating. Thanks for reuploading it! It really brings me back.

@pablogarcia3308 Me pleasure. I had downloaded over 10 years ago to practice the tune(me favourite ríl 😎) on the giotár. I accidentally found it back on a hard drive and was as glad as you. 😺 Sláinte agat! Tomó ps: I also liked that they played it a bit higher, in F# dorian.

I found your channel from the comments you posted on the balloon videos posted by super dinosaur. Below is the original response to your questions: Thank you for the comments and interest, Melvorgazh! This was a childhood dream after watching the Disney movie Night Crossing in 1983. Years later, my 8-year-old son Marc asked me if we could build a hot-air balloon after I showed him the movie. I thought about it for about 10 seconds and then told him yes and we got to work. We bought the parachutes on Ebay for around 300 dollars from a gentleman in Ohio. He sent us 2 G-12 parachutes (100') and threw in four 25' parachutes. We made it with 12 panels, sewn together with paracord in the seam to distribute the weight (I think the length of the seam was 57'). The burner took the longest to figure out. It was difficult to get enough pressure, but we figured it out like they did in the recent remake "Balloon" of the original East Germany escape story. By tipping the propane tank upside-down, we could get more liquid gas through the internal regulator built into the tank. We ran the liquid gas through a copper tube that coiled up into the path of burning fire before it made a u-turn back down to nozzle. This preheated and evaporated the propane before it came out of the nozzle. It was a wonderful adventure, and we flew it for about 8 months. We started using a paraglider harness instead of the trash can and eventually my wife and 3 of my children went up in it along with many friends. I took the burner up one time and got to over 1,200 feet. You might be interested to know I emailed pictures and this video to Gunter Wetzel, the younger of the two men who escaped East Germany in their balloon, and he responded enthusiastically. Thanks again!
