Yikes! Girl be careful when trying out new products specially on your face. Currently me, am going through a trial and error with some products but my skin is sensitive to everything 😅 but have been told by my Aesthetician to keep away from products that have alcohol

I'm so sorry that you're in that much pain <3 I have endometriosis and it sucks so much, but if that's why you struggle, there will be some ways to feel a little better! hope you'll find what's causing it soon!

Can you see a private functional medicine practitioner? The NHS is allopathic medicine and is not set to address root issues. It sounds like you need someone to do a blood work panel so they can interpret its’ results along with your symptoms to figure out a health protocol. I saw Tanya Borowski who specialises in women’s health and helped me address nutrient deficiencies and heal my leaky gut. ❤
