Fresh meat 😂😂I think it's okay if you view it as a form of entertainment. For me it started with "Yuri on Ice" in high school after i read "the picture of Dorian gray" as my 12th grade prescribed book. Theres a difference though between bl and Yoai (more erotica- I personally don't watch that and the older anime have a lot of that) at the end of the day i am looking for a love story that would make me swoon. As a girl i like the older Shoujo shows (eg skip beat, peach girl, dear onisama, glass mask, boys over flower) some good bl (That don't make you feel awful) "Yuri on ice", "A thousand autumns" ❤, "Moa dao zu shi" anime/donghua version of the untamed Chinese drama (I watched the with 50+ episodes its more Indepth and more amazing trust me you will stay for the plot) "Scumbag system" , "heavens official blessing" , "spirit pact" , {high school- "Given" These recommendations are like the baby steps to Bl dramas. I have always hated love scenes as a teen and an adult (23) i still do across all mediums (recently watched Queen charlotte Bridgton story and skipped all of them-like i said i am here for the love story) i also watch bromance/bl Chinese drama if you want some recommendations and other bl drama. I am a girl by the way so i also watch other genres in anime and dramas with Female lead.
