I Met the man after they opened for REM in Jacksonville... He pulled me out after the set and said "You were the one who dug it instead of just yelling for REM! Let's go have a beer!" He's good people! And a great poet! I did have to tell him that yeah, REM was great but I loved how he wasn't so obscure and just threw it it your face!!! ( I was unfamiliar with them before) And all that with a bad ass 3 piece band at that... "That's why I love playing with these guys!" Sadly, missing him... I felt like a gringo... ☮️&❤4ALL...

As an individual of the non-hetero persuasion and a Ween fan of over 20 years, I am here to confirm: Bruce & Jeff do indeed pick you up at 10. Feel better Deaner.

Hey guys, you came to see us, so why get on the stage? Paul handled that well. Hey Paul, you used to be drunk all the time for the shows; this is payback.

the breakdown is the most difficult live music i’ve ever seen. jeff isn’t known for listening to band mates but this is next level.

This guy . . . I mean, he was on fire in those days. One brilliant song after another, and remember, he'd be a genius just for these lyrics, let alone the tunes as well! The Attractions were his best band, no-one else comes close.
