If it not too overtly forward for me to share? There is a reason that your regimen may lessen dark circles under eyes, but is not about juices or acid or even Vitaman C (which is not readily absorbed through skin in an appreciable way that would have it hit bloodstream, and dark circles are ALL about blood, so treating the epidermis directly is unfortunate ineffect, my apologies that I am contradicting, no offense is meant, just to share beauty tips with another beautiful woman, you!) So, we have all probably seen those mask your put on ice and then wear to reduce puffiness and dark circles that happen when stressed, rubbing eyes, eyes not enough rest, higher blood flow to them, gets trapped, make dark circles, yes? Well, the big secret is cold/ice is only one part of equation needed to get that dark circles away, and this really works. Until recent I work as TacMed in front-line of combat for 2 years and 2 years as OR nurse so I understand circulation, and how trapped blood and synvovial fluid depending on part of body makes for very dark circles over and below eyes, and painful inflammation. I used this technique especially for pulled, torn and rupture muscle tissue where fluid escapes muscles cells and no where to go as part of the core of inflammation response. So, yes, cold on eyes or on injuries is good pain relief, but if only treatment can make inflammation even WORSE. I was treating a soldier who had broken three vertebrae, lucky not paralyzed, but constant muscle spasm and low on meds to treat, got this tip from another medic, of how ice alone would aggrate the pain, thickening the synovial fluid and as it become more viscous when the numbing from the icing wear off pain baddest than even before the ice. So the big secret? Put on ice until skin just completely numb, then switch to compresses on affected area, and over and over again, ice/heat/ice/heat/ice/heat/etc. When the alternation of heat and ice is it create a pumping action/mechanism, so all extra fluids, synovial, blood, other, that come with inflammation, it is pumped out of affected area in way only ice/heat alternation offer. So with eyes? Same thing!! Cold compresses are only have the solution, and if overused will actually cause blood to be un-able to drain, and trapped blood is THE cause of dark circle. So, and you don't need the fancy mask, just two facecloths, one in as icy cold water as possible, and another in hot water, as hat as can be taken without cause surface burn, I used water at 100F exact. I was spectacle, but physiological muscular specialist doctor told me this trick. It didn't seem any change after spend 30 minutes of icy cold cloth until surface numbed skin, then heat cloth for as much time as I put on ice one. But I do every day for one week, and I had very much bags under eyes from chronic sleep deprived, only sleep maybe 4 to 6 hours on top a night, but, LO AND BEHOLDS, after one week results were appearing, and I keep up and got rid of black bags under eyes that I'd really tended to my whole life even before the Invasion. I resigned my commission on July 1st, and came home to Kraków, I'm at a breaking point, and I feel of abandoned my duties, but my husband plead and I don't want him a widower either. But even night at 8 PM to 8:30 PM where ere I am I do my ice-cloth/hot-cloth routine for one half-hour. and I swear by it. People have asked me, Kat, your eyes look so good, what's your secret?? And I tell my secret to EVERYONE, so now I tells it to you, too. It's all about that pumping action being stimulated into high gear, which cold-heat alternation causes. I hope you may try and find great success with this little trick that is very much rooted in body physiology, the science behind very clear.
