Here's my thoughts on this, as a firefighter and EMS, This is dumb and unsafe, you hear all the kids screaming going ohh ahhh, this is what people do which makes it very unsafe screwing around, I agree 1 fuse connecting them all would have worked and been a lot safer, but when you screw around doing things like this it makes it very unsafe and dangerous, no reason for people to get hurt or could be worse over fireworks, and this is why they are gonna make them illegal all together. A lot of states are legalizing them finally but when you do things like this its what makes those laws go away because of stupidity. My grandfather lost his eye from a firework and he was doing it right so imagine doing it illegally like this.

Thats part of playing around with fireworks. Yes is dangerous pretty sure they know that themselves. My friends and I shoot roman candles and bottle rockets at each other. We know we will get hurt but is fun and so worth it.

Actually yes it's illegal depending on the state your in for example New Jersey, Delaware and I believe Rhode Island are 3 states where all fireworks including sparklers are 100% illegal so yes it is illegal just depending on where you are, and it's just a reason to get hurt, the smartest thing would have been to tie them all in together and do it that way, plus I'm entitled to my opinion and comments anyways

Robert Hutson OK sure, you can have opinions, but this isn't illegal. That's not opinion, just fact. You can think it's dangerous, sure, but these are completely legal and we weren't doing anything overly risky anyway.

Agree some people are so over safe that they don't know how to have fun I say all fireworks should be legal everywhere. Yes there are idiots who start fires and hurt them selves, but that is what hospitals and fire fighters are for so on my opinion these guys were just having fun and I don't see anything wrong with what they did.
