I've looked at this hotel a few times and am serious;y contemplating it for next year. My wife has a problem with her hip and tries to avoid stairs where possible. Is access to the pool only up the stairs from the garden or is there a direct access from another hotel level?

There is access ramp to lower deck of swimming pool. Also you can book disabled sunbeds which are reserved. Hope this helps.

One of the best hotels in benidorm I think , been there before about 5 years ago good food nice people and staff ,still looks good know, thank you for looking round, hopefully next year been there for two weeks 😊 big thank you

Thank you for showing around, especially the breakfast part, I was well curious about the food variety in the morning. By the way, there is a safe in every room but apparently is 5 euro per day if you want to use it....?¿!!

Does the beach near the hotel have sun loungers and is the pool big or na

The beach dose not have sun lounges. But the lido opposite has hundreds of sun lounges. It has several pools. It was €11 for 2 lounges all day. Pool is ok plenty of sun lounges.
