My husband and I go to j Alexander’s about twice a week when we are in Florida for the winter. We live right on glades road and these artichokes and the remoulade sauce is to die for. Every time we go there we order the artichokes for appetizer. Once I eat the artichokes I usually cannot finish my dinner, however, I’d rather eat all the artichokes and take the rest of my dinner home. J Alexander’s is our favorite restaurant. We are so lucky to live close by. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes.

You must be an attractive female. He was always cocky to the guys and even told our GM to get rid of a server because he was a bit of a big guy.

This is great! I do have a request. 3 yrs ago I had a Paloma, in a coupe glass- perfect. Haven’t found it anywhere else and then two nights ago at the Palm Beach Gardens location, it was the special! Any chance that recipe will be available?

The recipe as written is missing Cajun seasoning. You can see it with the rest of the ingredients at 0:17. I believe J's always used Emeril's but Slap Yo Mama is better. I put at least a 1/2 tsp in mine.
