i was a partner for 7 years-- in Atlanta from 2004-2011.... after Starbucks I went on to do so many things from paralegal, to owning businesses, to personal training--- but at 43 I wasn't sure if I was where I wanted to be. So I walked into a local Atlanta Starbucks, and explained to the manager I had to come back after this 11+ year hiatus. Tuesday is my first day back, and I still have my old school partner number. I cant wait.

Wow all that and you still wanted to come back? Ngl, I do feel like a type of connection to Starbucks ever since I was hired by the company back in October 2021. 2024 is my goal to try and become a Supervisor and move on up from there. I wish you luck!

I plan to interview soon in Michigan! Do you have to have a lot of managerial experience to be hired? I have a little along with a lot of barista experience and a bachelor's in Business Management. Do you think that will help?
