Sad ending, to see the Phantom laying dead under the busted chandelier is heartbreaking but at least he no longer suffers

Part of me feels like they chose the song first and then blocked the sequence around the different “ideas” rather than the normal order of editing the scene to the song after filming. The song fits too well to the point where it almost feels like a cartoon (in the best of ways)

Everyone is right - this has lived with me for over 50 years! I just realized something as well - the first three notes - up a perfect fifth and then down a minor second (G, D, C#) is the same as the opening of “Grim Grinning Ghosts” from the Haunted Mansion, though a whole tone higher (A, E, D#). A coincidence? Does anyone know who played this in the film? I know the Haunted Mansion is largely Gaylord Carter, with the exception of the ballroom waltz, which was played by William Sabransky.

0:55 Da da DA DA DA DA da da DA DA, the tune that appears throughout the whole intro. What song is that supposed to instrumentalize? Also 1:31 Da da-da-DA-DA da da DA! ding ding ding ding DA da-da-DA-da da da DA! what song is that supposed to instrumentalize? I can hear "Roses of Success" and "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang", Do you hear any other songs used in the intro? I can't seem to find the songs anywhere in the film.

I have to say this episode is actually my favorite episode of Lilo and Stitch the series. Spooky is my favorite experiment besides Stitch himself. This is also most definitely my favorite Halloween special. I watch every October.

This piece, though very simple, is actually pretty freaky. Scared the heck out of me as a kid. I’m not sure how a song from a 1966 Don Knotts comedy manages to still get to me, a thirty-year-old horror fan.

This brings up a very good question, who can name this tune in 5 notes? I always wondered if this music had a name, and it does!, it is called "BACHS TOCATA AND FUGUE IN "D" MINOR, one of histories most macabre sounding pieces ever composed.

1:09:22 After the cleaning ladies told the story about what happened four years ago of the opera house being haunted by the Phantom this is Hartnell begins to realize that Korvin is still alive and he was using Maria not just because of her singing. It was because of his way of revenging the death of Elena his wife furthermore rather than her singing that both Maria and Elena bares a remarkable resemblance. Alongside with Michael now feeling a sense of guilt of harshly pulling Maria’s debut.

This was the perfect teaser if you ask me. Confirmed some rumours to be true, like the TVA’s inclusion and the Void. While also not giving anything away. Showcased the Deadpool humour while establishing him in the MCU and Disney. Brilliant! Cannot wait for July!

Don Knotts was a genius for comic cool. Old movies are the best, they don't make 'em this clever anymore.

It's so funny how that old black shithouse could win in a race against a 30 year younger saab 900s, even with fatass Charlie in the backseat 😂. He'd be lucky to get that caddy up to 90 mph and it would be going all over the road before that. Muricans and cars ehhhh...
