I think this OST may work best when the cast first meet the raptors in the cage, while the Big One is staring at them from the brush, just before the others attack.

Okay: while the movie opening OST works perfectly too, this already sets the mood. A darker, grittier tone more in line with the novel. Sounds awesome so far.

Best of luck, but I'd personally not bother trying to pitch it to Universal. Given the much darker and more graphic nature of the novel compared to the movie, there is no way that Universal would want to release an essentially R-rated story to the public, especially when it concerns dinosaurs, of which the fanbase is made up considerably of children. I don't think that's their thing. You'd probably be better off collaborating with other creators like InGen 2D, Jurassic Allosaurus and eatalllot in making an animated series on YT. Non-profit ofc.

Only a hack not born before 1993 would want to make a reboot ….. you have no idea how big that movie was … might aswell reboot jaws 😂 while your at it and E.T

Having read the original Jaws novel and watched the film, I can agree with you here: I'd personally pass on a novel accurate reboot of that story. Both versions of the story are perfectly fine in their own right, although I overall prefer the movie.

Currently mainly just here on KZbin and on my Instagram page, however in one of my upcoming uploads I will be making some announcements on things to make it more accessible to do so. On Instagram I can be contacted at any time or alternatively I'll sometimes post story's and etc soley for the purpose of asking me questions.
