Absolutely the best Belew Bowie Alomar and the rest of the band, F'n outstanding. One of my many favorite Bowie tunes and probably the best version with Belew jamin' his ass off. Missing the thin white Duke .

Magnificent song and wow I loved the sound of Carlos on guitar. Just effortless...very under rated. Incredible he's good and that band!

nice to see Roger Powell here...played with Todd Rundgren's Utopia, released a couple of solo efforts and is a bit of a computer genius with a couple of synthesizer inventions under his belt. Quite the talented group of guys on the stage here ♥ 👍

Saw this tour. Was my 2nd Bowie show. Memorable for him, Belew and his guitar wizardry, the band, and set list. Bowie forever in my heart

Tell the bass player to take two steps back. He's good but shouldn't have been too upfront. It's distracting.

I heard it last night when he played the Ryman in Nashville and it was the best song of the night! I'm trying to learn it, but I can't make it out one lyric, "I'm a jester or a joke with a ___ for two". What is he saying?

Imagine how bass player and drummer feel playing in the middle of History. I grew up listening to this album as a teenager. Never thought I'd see these two playing this song together again. What a treat.

I saw Bowie on this same tour, same band on May 8th 1978 at Madison Square Garden. By far the greatest live musical experience of my life. After opening with the ambient textures of Warszawa, the full band kicked into this brand new song called "Heroes". Within 30 seconds, it was clear to all that this song would be one for the ages.

Half the fun of listening to this is the audience giggles in response, but this song is stunning. I'm so grateful to be able to hear it! What a performance. Sigh. And, it's a contender, this song!

Jeff Beck era muy superior al resto de guitarristas...limpio, diferente, genio, superdotado, etc. Por ello, todo mundo quería grabar con él y nadie tocar junto a él...

These two had magic together. They knew it, everybody knew it, kinda like Simon and Garfunkel, but they just couldn’t coexist. Beck said “we have a love hate relationship, he loves me, I hate him” 😆 I think he was joking but they did have issues. Nevertheless they killed it together. When they reunited for “People get Ready” you could hear the magic
