The remus has a nice sound but it's a terrible product and company. Mine was defective and they took it back but never refunded my money. Stole over a thousand bucks from me.

I never figured it out, it happened on my other 440i too lol no idea what the problem ended up being.

MPPSK all day, there’s nothing like it on the market. The ability to go from straight piped from the catback to much quieter comfortable exhaust is the peak of having your cake and eating it too. Best of both worlds.

True but honestly the Remus sounds better and 'cleaner' probably due to their midpipe design.

@@spoolindsm127 nope…the Remus midpipe is literally just a straight pipe, same as the MPPSK or a dual resonator delete. The difference between the MPPSK and Remus exhaust is muffler. The MPPSK can fully bypass the muffler, the Remus and every other aftermarket exhaust cannot.

@@lamakicker69 The Remus splits into two pipes and re-merges though. I think that's making the difference. I wonder if it can be paired with the MPPSK.

The Remus catback does have a really nice tone to it that’s refined compared to other exhausts.

Update! Car was low on coolant! So I refilled and it hasn’t made the sound since.

My buddy has the same issue with his car, but his coolant was full. Out of curiosity were you running the car hard before shutting it off shortly after? He was. Have you heard the noise again? Some people saying it's eccentric shaft issue, any issue with the car?

I had the car for maybe 2 months after that and it never made the noise again… it would start making that sound after any drive I took. It really annoyed me lol.

Hmmm that’s weird mine went away on my black 440i after I refilled the coolant but I had another silver 440i last year (sold now) and that also made the same exact noise lol. So I’m assuming it’s more normal and maybe just releasing pressure
