Primal groudon won't help you with anything. Unless you run solar beam but you'll have to find a swampert with sludge wave. I assume you don't have mega sceptile or mega venusaur to ask that. Only kartana can work too i guess.

No. Once you become a lucky friend you get a ONE guaranteed lucky trade. After you've done the trade, your trades with your friend might or might not become lucky, as if you were trading with any friend, but you may get lucky friends with that person again and get one guaranteed lucky trade one more time.
