Actually after waiting so long for EVO to come out I must say that I am at this early stage very disappointed. The fact that I have to even say “early stage” is disappointing. I am starting to see a disturbing trend of making money over making quality in the games as well as the equipment needed to play them. I’m getting to the point where I sit and admire my rig more than play it. 😊😂

I think you miss the understanding of the main goal of VR in GT. They think about VR as real life. In real life, you do not have those info boxes around you. So they do not include it. In real life, you either have a race engineer, or you have to guess. That does not mean these info would not be good. But GT is famous doing things their own way, and that is it.

Still waiting to see a single short from this guy that isn't just flat out ignorance or a wild comparison.

My issue with the TL penalties is the time. I've gone off by half a tire, and I'll be given a 1 and a half seconds but will get half a second on the same turn if I go a whole tire or more and sometimes I won't get a TL penalty. I also find it annoying when a car hits me off track and I'm given a TL penalty. Just the other day I was taking a turn on the outside of a hairpin turn and the car on the left hits the car on his right which hits me off the track and I was given 4 seconds in penalties for pushing someone off the track. It also sucks when someone break checks me and they spin out and I'm hit with a 3 or 4 second penalty. The penalty system is broken. When we had Monza on the daily race. This guy dive bomb me on the start of the last turn. I went all the waybthe the wall and got wheel and engine damage as well as a 1.5 second penalty. This all makes .e feel like not playing GT7 anymore. It's really annoying.

I play the game without VR and on controller and to me the best is usually the cockpit view. To me it's about the feedback, spacial awareness, seeing the steering wheel, the car shaking, the mirrors, it makes it easier for me to drive and make corrections as I would in real life
