Excellent job as usual, but when the 4,5 strings if you add the third sounds more like the record

Thank You! I’ve finally found the electric solo version among a sea of acoustic covers. Can’t believe it has taken me four years to come across this. Awesome!

Look at the stars Look how they shine for you And everything you do Yeah, they were all yellow I came along I wrote a song for you And all the things you do And it was called "Yellow" So then I took my turn Oh, what a thing to have done And it was all yellow your skin, oh yeah, your skin and bones (Ooh) turn into something beautiful (Aah) and you know, you know I love you so You know I love you so I swam across I jumped across for you Oh, what a thing to do 'Cause you were all yellow I drew a line I drew a line for you Oh, what a thing to do And it was all yellow and your skin, oh yeah, your skin and bones (Ooh) turn into something beautiful (Aah) and you know, for you, I'd bleed myself dry For you, I'd bleed myself dry It's true Look how they shine for you Look how they shine for you Look how they shine for- Look how they shine for you Look how they shine for you Look how they shine Look at the stars Look how they shine for you And all the things that you do

Thank you ❤ I do agree it doesn’t sound as dark as the original, but it’s the way Chris played it live - with some good vocals on top it’s close enough

Just wondering why the 2 bars at the end of the solo before the harmonics part is tabbed different than played on the video.
@davebrocks2 ай бұрын
I’ve never noticed that before! when I transcribe something I choose a position but when I try to play it sometimes I do the same part on another fretboard’s part. You can choose your favourite one. 😂

What distortion pedal did you use ????
@davebrocks2 ай бұрын
I used an Ibanez T9 overdrive but trough my Engl head’s lead channel. If you want more drive you should go for other kind of pedals, for example Boss DS, RAT or OCD.
