Even though I like the SCP Foundation much more than the GOC, this is a little too one-sided. I don’t know too much about the GOC, but the fact their main goal is usually to destroy anomalies would mean they typically have the strength, tactics, and firepower to do so on a regular basis. The main reason I don’t like the GOC is because it is less autonomous than the SCP. But by no means does that mean they’re weaker.

The scp millitary force is less than half its budget the goc is 100%of its budget. The goc is by no means weaker cause they dont have large restrictions and they dont have to spend their budget on other things which is why they have qhite suits and the foundations best asset is tau5

[NOT TO CALL ANYONE OUT] You cant give all that shit to scp, GOC supplied extremely powerful things to scp. You cant claim the UNGOG isn't less powerful, relentless, advanced or civilized. The UNGOC is definitely for advanced because the weapons UNGOC had supplied to scp were so powerful that they had to be labeled AS AN SCP.

Yeah no. You can't claim that SCPF is more advanced and powerful when the equipements GOC supplied to SCPF are so ridiculously powerful for SCPF that they had to be labeled as SCP objects. GOC might be spread thin when they have to defend everything on Earth but that doesn't change the fact that they have several carrier task forces, dozens squadrons of jet fighters, military satellites, fields battlemages, and is known to be the largest and best-funded organization in the SCP universe. The simple fact that GOC combines the use of technology, magic, and anomalous forces while SCPF at best can field Gen+1 technology without outside help makes the GOC so ridiculously powerful as an organization. Not to mention they are the only force in the universe that has successfully invaded the library.

Ok I have seen the debate, PHYSICS Match quite evenly with MTF when you include the anomalous MTFs like A-9. The foundation has access to SCPs that can end the world, green slime + body or scarlet king etc. Meanwhile GOC just destroys those. Foundation scientists are better. PTOLEMY just cannot compete with R&D. Also the GOC is quite fragmented, unlike the O5 the council of 108 is a weak web of alliances between GoIs held together, frame one member of attacking another and boom. 108 begins to infight. Just like the UN. The Under-Secretary General is under the council of 108. In all honesty it would be a hard fight but Foundation win because of a unified power structure, self-regulation that works, lack of infighting compared to the Council of 108 and a superior R&D division.

PTOLEMY is pretty OP when it comes to equipment. Orange suits are something that SCPF couldn't get a full understanding of, and GOC pretty much held a monopoly over the production and development of Gen+2 equipment. SCP-5514 was built with GOC tech and is pretty much the equivalent of an orange suit, which the GOC mass produces. Not to mention GOC uses magic occult knowledge as part of their tech tree while SCPF mainly deals with regular technology despite recruiting anomalous personnel into their ranks (which GOC also does as battle mages are part of a standard strike team personnel). The main difference between GOC and SCPF would be that the GOC is a generalist that has to deal with everything and is stretched very thin (despite them having the most personnel and resources amongst all organizations), while each MTFs are specialized to contain specific SCP or deal with specific scenarios.
