What a beautiful speech,is this..When we are depressed ,we can handle it for a while but then,not to allow that feeling,make ourselves suffering,but to stop the depress,with make ourselves to feel better,to have better feelings for,us and to make friends from ourselves those good feelings,and not make enemies,bad feelings because enemies ,bad feelings they usually hit us, ourselves make us to be suffering..what s nice story was that...thank you...
