I have the New moon, jotaro disc but when i talk to the pucci NPC it says If i have completed the quest i should have been given the green baby and then next dialogue shows how to use the green baby and disc, how do i fix this

It turns into shiny mih, but it will still look like c-moon.

You need Jotaro's disc, it's different for everyone and changes once you get rejected or accepted. Click on his disc to read it

How exactly do skins work in this game? Do they use YBA's stupidly grindy method of obtaining them or can you do certain things to get certain skins?

It's like yba, it relies on a pity system. But unlike yba it's easier to get certain skins like evolution skins because there's less skins meaning you can grind your pity up to 8 percent quite easily
