Haha "play in the dirt"weve had a pretty cold winter and a lot of plants didnt survive.i dont know why but i had the foresight to bring my japanese paper plants in last autumn.so glad i did as for the gravy granules its just laziness as long as you get the best and dont put too much in as the sodium is high.sometimes i make my own stock and add a bit of cornflour and oxo cubes.thank you and your friend for joining me ❤❤❤

Just don't tell 'em to fuck off lol. Can I ask you what caused the anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia Mandy? Do you know why it came about? Also have you tried to get help? Although I know these things are not always easy. Don't feel bad or odd about praising yourself when you get things done. Sometimes I cannot get motivated at all and then when I eventually do I write down what I've done in an exercise book. If I get a bit depressed I often will read it and it makes me feel good about all the things I did manage to do. May seem silly to some people but if it helps that's the main thing.

It hit 72F (22C) here this week and I manic-weeded my front flowerbeds! You should show off your garden this spring! What do you grow? Also your hair has nice curl! You could definitely train some ringlets in it by co-washing and scrunching!! It's pretty! I have one question (since none of my UK friends will answer); are gravy granules really common to use there? I noticed that Kay (Kay's Cooking™) uses them in place of beef broth???? That cottage pie looks banging 😋 Yes you should congratulate yourself for just keeping on going and doing the best you can when your going through depression anxiety etc, its so hard to keep up beat and carry on with your chores on days like that, so yes give yourself a well earned tap on your back. x

Hi Mandy. Can't you get crushed tomatoes in a tin in the UK? Here in Australia we can get whole tomatoes in their juice, crushed or chopped; all without the skin. Anyway love the bolognaise, I've never put mushrooms in before but do love them so will add them to it next time I make it. Thanks for the stories you tell; you are a hoot 😉😊.
