Oh, I can help everybody who comes to this video with this, as I just went through the process. Let me just share what I posted to my Facebook about it, it will tell you everything you need to know as of June 2024: [Picture of my wheelchair disabled veteran plates for the truck and motorcycle that arrived on the day I posted this here] For the win! Believe it or not, this is the result of a two month process that started back in April. It starts simple enough. You go to the tax office in Horry County and you volunteer to pay them taxes on vehicles for which the tax is already paid back in Forsyth County North Carolina, where you are moving from. Then you go down to the DMV, and you pay your regular registration fees... But you also pay an extra $250 per vehicle for a one-time only "moving to South Carolina" fee. Whatever. It's a little bit pricey, but you're not getting around it so you just pay it. The total fee for registering one truck and one motorcycle when you first move to South Carolina comes to about $900. I still have to do the wife's Camaro, so that's not the total cost, it's just the cost for my truck and my motorcycle. You're going to pay about $1,500 to move three vehicles from North Carolina to South Carolina, but this journey just involves two of the three. Understand now that you cannot get your disabled veteran tags on that day. No, those are handled by a separate office in a separate town who handles it for the whole state. So you take your regular tags, then go home and get online to get the application for the disabled veteran tags and mail that off, along with the paperwork proving you're a disabled veteran, to some town called Blythewood. But they don't like the paperwork that everyone else in the world uses for this purpose. You see, you get an award letter from the Veterans Administration that spells out everything. It's several pages long but, within it, it says that you're a disabled veteran, that your status is permanent and total, and everything else the world would need to know when you are doing something that requires this paperwork. Everyone else on planet Earth uses this paperwork to verify you for all things where you are required to prove you are a disabled veteran... ... But not the state of South Carolina... They want some different paperwork. Granted, the different paperwork they want is available on the VA benefits website, but because absolutely no one on earth ever needs anything but the original award letter, no one knows where to find this specific, oddball thing that the state of South Carolina is looking for. You have to dig pretty deep through some HTTP gobbledygook to find this thing in a back corner of the website, but it is there. You'll go back and forth arguing with the DMV people, because they are asking for something that they should not need, as you have already sent them the official paperwork that everyone else uses... you'll have it escalated, you'll have supervisors call you, the whole damn thing. In the end, you'll spend a day digging through the VA website to try to find this weird thing they're looking for. But you're not going to win, so in the end you find it and you send it to them. Then they send you your disabled veteran tags. But wait... ... For some damned reason, the state of South Carolina has two different disabled veteran tags. The one they're going to send you is totally useless. It doesn't have the wheelchair logo on it. You can't use it for handicap parking, which is the entire purpose of getting the disabled veteran tags. No, this first tag they send you just tells the world you are a disabled veteran, but offers you absolutely no tangible benefit whatsoever. Frankly, I could not understand the purpose of putting "disabled veteran" on your license plate, just to announce your status to random people on the interstate... But South Carolina has a tag for that purpose alone, and that's the one they're going to send you. When you get these tags and see that there's no wheelchair on them, you go back to the people in this office in Blythewood South Carolina, and you ask about it. That's when you find out that there's a DIFFERENT disabled veteran tag, and the other one does have the wheelchair on it. But for that one, you need a different form, and the different form has to be signed by your doctor. I am not bullshitting you here. Think this one through all the way. They now have received your official documentation stating that you are a 100% disabled veteran, with permanent and total status, required you to go to the VA and get a different documentation stating that you are a 100% disabled veteran with permanent and total status... But to get the wheelchair logo on your disabled veteran license plate, you have to go to your doctor...AT THE VA...to have him sign a form that says the VA wasn't lying when they provided the first two items of documentation. So it's back to the VA website, back to printing out this obscure form that South Carolina wants. Back to the South Carolina DMV website to find this different form that South Carolina wants for the useful disabled veteran tag, and then a trip to the actual VA...to start a new fight with your doctor and the massive bureaucracy behind him to get his signature on this new form. Right now I'm bitching about the South Carolina DMV, so I'll save you several paragraphs about fighting with the VA to get this signature on this form. Finally...two months later and after all of that...the plates in the picture will arrive in your mailbox. At this point, I feel like these plates should be encrusted in gold.

Real talk, you will most likely get it service connected , but at 0%. Presumptive conditons is a nice jestor but the reality you need to get a private doctor to agree. If you are older like in the gulf war, its going to be impossible to get a doctor to say you have that condition. Some presumptives have no medical test, so just get nothing for those as well. My denial letter says both that it is presumptive and also that i have been not diagnosed with that issue. So, it says pesumptive but also says i need to do the additional step of being diagnosed.

As a two time Vietnam vet I had applied for TDIU due to breathing problems. I applied in 2014, but was either denied or the request was put on hold. I was raised to 100% in 2019 and thought that was all I was going to get. Dec 2022, l was granted TDIU and got 9 years back pay and designated SMC housebound. I did not apply for the PACT ACT, but the consciousness to breathing issues sure paid me well.

Fire those bastards! We both were on condemned Camp Lejuene and will soon have anyone any one of those 15 diseases thanks to the poison from the waters placing MGUS inside our body. For me I am now being monitored for Multiple Myeloma which thankfully has not yet revealed its ugly self inside my body Hopefully they have not already submitted your claim to the tort claim unit located in Norfolk VA but likely have and if they did they have stollen a great deal of money from you because you have already won 250 thousand dollars or more. How do I know? because I filed on my own behalf and have already been told that my claim is valid. However the court said for me to just standby and send in nothing unless they ask for something. Sincerely DOC forever. I love you man! Oorah! Also are you 100 percent service connected for MGUS yet? Personally I am at 10 percent for ischemic heart disease related to agent orange but the truth i and you got MGUS silent killer that is killing you and I today. We are fortunate we lasted longer then most but the government now is forced to reveal the truth that the poison water we drank at Camp Death resulted in the deadly diseases called MGUS that is directly linked to blood cancers and a host of other horrible diseases.

If you were stationed at Camp Lejuene for a month during the specific time frame of the claim And even if you served statewide you may well have a valid claim. Check for MGUS in your blood that is key regardless if you have the 15 disease right now or not. I know because I was often called DOC But for your sake do not hire a lawyer! I will tell you how to legally file on your own behalf it it easy to find on the internet. If so we have history together. Oorah!

Do not hire a lawyer! If you wee a Navy Corpsman as I was or a Marine stationed at camp Lejuene more then 30 days before 1988 you already have won providing MGUS is currently found in your blood. The 15 diseases are the end result of MGUS! Period and the government knows this but has not revealed publicly for some unknown reason. Sincerely DOC

👀👀👀👀👀👀Please read carefully and spread the truth! Get yourself tested for MGUS in your blood stream to know if you have a valid case even if you are not yet suffering or died from the 15 diseases as stated in the lawsuit. Do not hire a lawyer! When you discover personally that you have a valid case. Here are the facts of a valid claim If you wee a mother who gave birth to a still baby while at Camp Lejuene or later in your life. You have a valid case. If you are a women that lived at camp Lejuene and have MGUS inside your blood but not yet the 15 deadly diseases. You have a valid case. If you were Navy Corpsman as I was or a Marine stationed at camp Lejuene more then 30 days before 1988: you have a case. The 15 diseases stated are the life ending result of MGUS! Period and the government knows this; but has yet to revealed publicly for some unknown reason. Sincerely DOC And please pass it on and do not listen to these crooked lawyers on TV
