Hi, first of all it's great to see someone not spending loads of money on pre made conversion kits its nice to see someone getting their hands dirty and making one from scratch. With that said, I didn't quite understand what you have done, can you reply with the steps you followed? Such a cool work you did
@@drzhor isn't there something in English? Also I've seen you've cut a shaft and tapped it again, did you use a fine pitch tap or a standard?

@@davideparise no in eng... only: i make new Al shaft with hard anodised coating/or use new from Rock Shox, negativ spring from Rocks Shox with new outher diameter top end cap with air valve - its not neccesary changed it becose it can use as air blower... or new cap with standard thred from Bxxr coil.. (only on standard thread)... and last is coil spring - make for evry each fork separatli...

Specifically at Rock Shox Pike Solo AIR and thus fulfilled a dream for one of its customers. Of course, we were interested in how such a reconstruction takes place and what is needed for it. Boxxerservis.cz offers, in addition to classic service operations, repairs and overhauls, also modifications. In addition to stroke modifications (for example, changing the stroke of the Boxxer downhill fork for Tomáš Slavík for use on city slopes), also modifications to the damping and / or conversion of air forks to spring ones. Let's take a closer look at one such reconstruction. For a start, Vašek will summarize the main advantages and disadvantages of such a reconstruction, resp. fork with steel spring. Advantages: consistent course throughout the ride, verified increase in pressure in the two-crown air fork at an ambient temperature of 28st. An O-ring is located around the body of the negative spring in the groove for better fixation and to prevent knocking. Custom spring size and upper winding end. The fork with a stroke of 140 mm has the SAG set to 25% and only comes to the stop at the right moment (given the rider's weight and riding style). Protective tubes with low friction were used for the springs, which together with Slickoleum lubricant ensure zero tear-off and quiet operation of the fork. @drzhorcom o gopro sem slysel. dneska sezenes slusny kamery. dulezity aby nahravali v "progressive scan" bez prokladani. Mel sem zalusk na VIO POV HD kdyz sme jeste jezdil na kole. Nahrava to v 720p HD a DivX neprokladane. ideal za rozumnou cenu kolem 10k tusim

pekne dlouhej pojezd. na kamere to vzdycky vypada tak jednoduse :o) cim je to toceny? ma to paradni kvalitu oproti te sracce za kterou sem vysolil £700 pred 2 rokama.
