Hello, were trying to use Zoho expense, to record all our company expenses and use thios to calculate our VAT / Tax, we use this to offset our VAT/TAX bill. When I submit a report in Zoho Books it gets put into Employee Reimbursements, When itry to edit it it has a message saying (Paid through account can be edited only for non reimbursable expenses). Do you know how to change this. Thanks

Hi, Will the emails sent or received on these organisation emails be shared in the differents modules in Zoho ? We are currently synchronizing our Outlook boxes for each users in Zoho, but for now we haven't find a solution to share the mail sent or received with our organisation emails. Thanks for you support!

Great video all in one! Ques - I need a CRM that will upload Whatsapp personal into the CRM - as our leads come through personal referrals only and those chats are key for starting the lead/customer tracking. Is there any crm - zoho or otherwise that would allow our personal whatsapp convos to be uploaded into or CRM automatically? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the informative video. I would like to know more about how I can utilize the Email Template feature to summarize a quote for my customers. Can you please answer all the comments asking about the "Custom Actions" no longer being there, please!! This tutorial is useless without that. Edit: Found it. It seems like it's a paid add-on from his company he failed to mention. That's a scummy video tutorial in my opinion.

Hi - appreciate the video. Do you know if data flows back from Campaigns to CRM? For instance, can I see the emails sent to a contact through Campaigns in CRM? Maybe even do some lead scoring based on the emails opened in Campaigns?

i cant get past the first step, as soon as i create the new secrete key, it generates it, and when i copy/paste into the box, and then i get a notice that says Invalid API Key in Red in the CRM Enable SMart Prompt Popup....

It's pretty useless. I've never seen Zia generate anything useful. It doesn't find data by email address (but it 10 seconds I can). Doesn't try to use a mobile phone number (often might find a FB profile) - and it doesn't have a go at name (often there's a unique enough name, combined with location to ID the person - takes 30 seconds on Google). It's never predicted a good time to call. And we have over 12,000 prospects.

Do you know how to " Put create button" on a motivator for a user who does not have admin access please? When i logged in with admin access there is a create button but with standard access there in create button. I want to allow the manager to create their dashboard while giving them a standard access but cant find a way out ..

Having trouble figuring out how to have the shared hosting page figure out the right tax. We have the stripe integration, but the shared hosting page always uses the default tax authority ? We have customer address information, but it appears no way to send that to the hosted page to calculate the right tax. Any ideas?

Hello, unfortunately I've been looking for a solution to use Zoho Desk for emails for a long time, but the problem that I can't add my own company emails doesn't lead me to a solution. Is it even possible not to use Zoho Desk Mail to communicate with a customer via a desk ticket over multiple e-mails. The problem is the different incoming and outgoing email addresses. This cannot be solved with email forwarding

we moved from Sage to zoho books .. tough to take across , we're a sme and was spending a lot of time with trying to fix sage as it was always crashing , software errors etc , zoho books has been rock solid , i recommend it

Can I specifically do that for follow-ups for clients so that we know at a certain stage we want to have a follow-up daily by E mail particularly or logged phone call. And then once we get to another stage we could then differentially log that. The idea is to be able to see the can band card and know that we haven't followed up with the client within a certain cadence.
