If you’re looking for small changes, raising the middle pole pieces can achieve as much difference as what I hear between these 2 sets. Also, lowering the pickups when raising pole pieces is advisable.

Absolutely amazing as usual, Chase, and just know I share every damn video with my friends :-) Also, a shoutout to the drummer, who was clearly enjoying the hell out of himself--I love watching people throw their whole heart into their art.

The 57’s sound amazing. I have the 57’s in my LP Deluxe. Yes, Humbuckers in a deluxe. I didn’t do it. I am putting them in my Epi Dot 335 too.

LYRICS: You got me stirring up a fever I′m trembling in sweat It's like you′re turning up the heater I can't get you out of my head You got me shuffling and shaking You've gotten under my skin With the moves that you′ve been making You keep pulling me back in But you′re no good You're no good You′re no good for my soul But we both know I can't resist I can′t resist You're a seductive kind of trouble Anybody can see You′d make a holy man hustle And girl you put the devil in me You have your wicked ways of workin' There's something up your sleeve Oh you must have put a curse on me Cuz nothings gonna set me free And you′re no good You′re no good You're no good for my soul But we both know I can′t resist I can't resist I can′t resist ...(solo) You're no good You′re no good You're no good for my soul But we both know I can't resist I can′t resist I can′t resist You're just no good Awe baby you′re no good

Every model of pickup HAS IT'S OWN PATENT NUMBER. Why do you have it in your head that there's only 1 ??? GROW UP KID! We're sick & tired about idiots talking as if there's only 1 PATENT in the history of patents!!!!! The modern Gibson pickups ARE electrically designed to work in the modern MARSHALL amplifier. End of story. They make a modern Marshall, at the time, produce a old type of Gibsonish sound. They produce different sets of sounds. If you stupidily plug them into the older Marshall amplifiers, they screw up the amplifier signal and produce more than required signals. Which seems overwhelming in the sound out of the speakers. The bass sound will be too powerful, for example.

What's all this elusive magic? Just use the same pickups, the same wood and the same electronics! I think all that crap is in people's minds! I mean what's the big secret? Do the vintage ones have an extra winding of copper around the magnet? It's easy to count the windings 😅.... So silly
@dananthony62584 ай бұрын
I think the 57 sound better for sure. Maybe you should try another set of burst buckers and also make sure you have bridge and neck pick up installed where they are supposed to be. I’m sure you know that though.
