Is anyone surprised that a developer that calls itself "Dezert" Properties in "Mohave" Valley and sells expensive homes built so close to each other that homeowners can hold hands with their neighbors through the bathroom window uses the worst computer voice on the internet in their ads? This company ("Dezert" Properties) has set the cheesy bar in real estate at the highest level ever. The next thing they will do is portray these scorched earth houses as being waterfront properties. Wait a minute. They already did that too.
