To be perfectly honest, I just didn't feel like investing in his other stats You can use the extra energy however you like :)

To clarify, I meant the only offensive stat nodes were Sp.Atk. Since his sync move is physical and there were no Atk. nodes to pick up, I just dumped the remaining energy into Overheat I could've dumped it into Sacred Fire, but it's just +3 BP. Not the end of the world :)

In that team, specifically, I do not think so. Oak simply does too much to help the team's survival to be replaced with anyone else And, given that this battle goes on for a good while, you need really good survivability

Ty for the kind words! All but team 1 involved RNG. First, you have Bertha's Sandstorm MPR 2. A lot of my runs died because I wouldn't get it. Second, there's the flinches that appear in teams 2, 3, and 4. Leaf's was especially lucky because it prevented a Heat Wave from coming out. Had it not happened, Bertha would've been burned, cutting her Atk. It also would've helped Ingo heal thanks to Underhanded Heal. Another piece of RNG was, ofc, critical hits. 5% is a small chance, but it's still not 0%. A critical hit lands at the wrong time, and I kind of have to restart. Last piece of rng that comes to mind is SS Grimsley's Def. drops. Bertha needed more firepower, so the more the opponent's defenses were dropped, the better. I also rolled Defense Crush 2 to help with that. I kind of focused Emmet because my plan was to take out Ingo first. I needed to have units that were able to full-on deny moves (Discharge and Heat Wave, specifically) because Bertha's DPS was not enough to wipe. Additionally, you only have two flinch opportunities before the opponents get Unflappable, so I had to time it based on their move order. Blue has Stomp (with Aggravation on grid), Leaf has Staggering 2 on grid, and SS Grimsley has Waterfall (Aggravation on grid). These are the kinds of things I had to focus on as I was performing these runs.

Also, congratulations on finding FOUR teams that could beat this using only F2P units!!!
