Je me pose juste une question sur le poids du pied… quand on est amputé unilatéral je ne pense pas que cela soit un problème mais quand on est amputé bilatéral comme moi pas sure qu’on ne sente pas la différence de poids.. quelqu’un peut il me répondre ?

Amazing device, well done on producing such amazing ankle prosthetic! I am very active below knee amputee for 17 years and I know from experience the lack of ankle Flexion is a big problem. I hope one day I can use the prosthetic as it would be life changing! I am active in the gym, and like to deadlift, how much weight can the ankle withstand? Can I do 150/200kg deadlift without putting the ankle at risk? Kind regards

I am a quite active person working in the heavy lift industry maritime department and was able to test this foot. I am very satisfied with my standard Össur Variflex foot, but when I was testing this foot I was really positively surprised and I am really a very sceptic person. It really gives more dynamic while walking -notwithstanding it's heavier than my Variflex foot - and mainly going down a hill it's pushing back in order you're not rolling off too fast what mostly happens. Since this foot is now on the market I would really like to try it out in practice and find out all it's capabilities in the field. As I said , I am quite an active person working every day on barges , walking on uneven fields , putting from time to time a lot of force on my prosthetic foot, dancing, jumping , working in the rain and walking through water that you're feet are really soaked. My Össur foot is now about 9 years old and never let me down, but really want to try out this Lunaris foot in order can find out what it is doing out of it's test environment , finding out if there 're more benefits, advantages than those I could already feel during the test and last but not least to give the team the possibility to develop further this Belgium made product , cause indeed it's unique in it's sort for sure can be further improved provided they get more input from the field.
