Still the title called Where Dreams Die still makes me think of the children and their dreams, and aspirations being destroyed and torn apart by a horrible serial killer, and then being forced to inhabit and possessed those animatronics machines.

50/20 is my curse. Everytime I try something happens near the end and I keep going until I realize I'm wasting time. Then I give up on the attempt that could've been the one. To this DAY. I haven't been able to beat it.

I remember during my haunted High for my highschool, the theme was five nights at Freddy's theme. I was acting the role as a dead kid, I had such a fun time scaring my highschool friends aswell. I'm glad I finally found this song that they used for my highschool for the haunted house.

Everyone else gets memories of the actual games but the first time I ever heard this song without a bunch of noise and KZbinr commentary over it was the Ultra Custom Night fangame that I got super addicted to so instead it makes me think of the wacky stuff in that game (and the creepy Malhare that was on my desktop staring at me for a while). I learned to time certain things - mainly the music box and power generator - to this song since that fangame lets you pick to always have the same song play.

this is for me the best FNaF soundtrack, it brings up horror and makes me sad of thinking about the the whole story. I think the FNaF story is the most beautifully sad game story ever. Thank you Scott, for making this.

My opinion the music feels nostalgic if there will be a remake of fnaf with the first 7 games in the extras, if they play it it feels very nostalgic even for the veterans (Sorry if I don't speak English well, I'm from Latin America)

It's actually quite interesting. Most of the track is dominated by minor and dark melodies. But from 1:04 there is a gradual ascent in key until the melody stops at A# with major 3rd (1:12). Such a pronounced stop on a major chord contrasts very strongly with the gloomy mood of the entire track and gives it a sense of... hope? It fits really well with the plot of the game, like this IS an ending, and a happy one too. All who deserved rest now free, and the one that doesn't... not. Melody indicates this well, returning back from skies to the gloomy tone from which it began at 1:32. I really love that. It may be quite silly to analyze it like that, I just ended up here searching this track for this exact part. It's good to see I was not the only one touched by it.
