two things; first, most agency vtubers value secrecy, and posting your audition might hurt your chances if you want to apply again in the future, i know this is true for niji and holo, maybe vshojo is different, but either way, why risk it. second, running off a script does not show your character, clips from your videos or streams do, i recommend watching any big content creators best of video for inspiration on what makes something clip worthy and how to use subtle editing to enhance them (think dynamic subtitles, breaking up long clips to create call back style jokes, quick cuts that contradict statements with actions ["im good at games" *immediately dies*], etc). this one is huge, because i watched this video, ive never seen you before, and i have no idea what kind of creator you are. and i still dont know what you do, i dont know the kinds of jokes you make, are you better at just chatting, or do play games with friends and let chemistry make comedy, you showed irl events, is that your main content style. there was 19 seconds of clips and 1 minute and 42 seconds of reading. the reason this did well is because vshojo is booming right now, so the youtube algorithm picked up that you used vshojo in your title and pushed it to vshojo viewers, learning the algorithm is key for getting videos pushed. thumbnail was also great, it caught my eye, gave me enough intrigue to read the title, and ultimately got me to click. youve got that down and thats a huge reason why a channel doesnt succeed, so kudos to you, keep doing that. you just need to work on your videos now, looking at your channel, most videos are around 40 sec to a minute. thats not long enough for me to sit down and watch, it makes me think low effort. maybe try best of the month, pump video length up to 5 minutes at least, and learn from there what works for you. i hope to see you in vshojo one day, so keep trying, and i hope this came off as constructive and not just critical

Yeah i agree on all point here. Just from this video i have no idea what kind of content creator "clawmaster" is, or if he would be any good at livestreaming at all. Making a good video is not the same as streaming. Its kinda like putting your resume as a biology teacher in a application for being a accountant. Sure you will probably show how good you are as a teacher, but that isnt really what was being asked for
