Worthless character

Marlo is fantastic. She sounds very knowledgeable, humble, and intelligent. Her character, Beth Cassidy, was by far the best in Dare Me. It was just as she described. Gritty. Her own person. She did a phenomenal job playing her. Some of those scenes were tough to watch. She really was the best character in the show. It's too bad there wasn't a Season 2. A lot of unanswered questions. But based on what Beth discovered with Addy's Hamsa that she foolishly gave coach Collette French, who used her, she was a person of interest in the case. Plus, her cop Mom found the evidence bag. It's like Beth said to her. You don't want to know the truth. Not everything is innocent and sweet.

Im am so happy that she is growing and learning and doing new movies, just following her passion but damn, on the other side I really loved this show when I was younger and hearing her say that it’s definitely over is kinda sad Always hoped for a third season Still curious tho to see her in other shows and movies!

I just watched High Ground. It really shook me up in deep empathy for the Aboriginal people of Australia. As an American I was unaware of the atrocities committed against the indigenous people of that beautiful land. It very much parallels what we whites of European ancestry did to the Native Americans, slaughtered over centuries, a genocide. The scenes at the beginning of the film, the relationship between father and son, and the peaceful people living as a community light on the land, to be disturbed, brutalized and murdered. Jacob Jr did an amazing portrayal of his ancestors strength and proud perseverance at keeping their lands and freedom, he can be so proud himself.

Wish there was a season 2 of dare me... I hope we get to see her act more she is an amaaaaazing wonderful actress
