I’m currently using it to monitor over 250 SAP systems. 7.2 SP12. There is a hard limit of 1000 diagnostic agents for the JAVA system however. Then you can move to focused run.:)

Indeed. Circumstances with SAP Support Backbone which consists of internal SAP Systems, SAP Support Portal und Maintenance Planner forces customers to use recent version of SAP Solution Manager. Else Customer lacks planning and calculating proper support package stacks. In worst case, any update of a customer system is not possible doing it the automatic way.
