Так точно! Ето я зделал практически когда мне лень в зимнее время лазить под машину для откручивания защиты двигателя и сливной пробки...

Пока все работает как задумано изготовителем. У заглушки тоже есть свои недостатки : после поднятия давления с 1.5 bar на 5 , могут потечь многие прокладки и сальники которые раньше не текли под малым давлением....

Tetris will be your better option for public transport, as it has smaller turning radius and electric brakes. But Titan is better option for long and more comfortable run.

The transit system works off measurements for the space. What is the distance from center hub to center hub you don't give specific in your video.

That bearing must be changed every 100K no matter what. Most likely it is your bearing making noise and my bearing had minimal wear play when I removed, but after I changed it my noise was gone.

IF you are going to turn to the wrong direction, you will know, as parking shoes will NOT lock disc...

If you have new all 4 batteries and working charger, then eventually ( after max 8-10 hours) Red light must switch to Green fully charged mode. But if it stay Red and never turns to Green, that means one of the batteries is defective and accept charged indefinitely and charger don't know that, so it continues to pump energy and it might overcharge the rest of the batteries and they all get swollen and obviously will need to be replaced. In some cases, Red light will never switch to Green when there is a it problem with a charger itself, especially if it is aftermarket charger.. so try original Gio intelligent charger ( unless that is the one that you have , than test all 4 batteries with a special battery anylizer)

It is some kind of a random clamp I got it from Ebay and I showed part # in the video. But in reality, later on I found out that there is a special axle puller tool set instead of hammering it back ad it cost like 50$ on Ebay , so you should get it instead of that type of a clamp and hammering... Next week I will be replacing rear bearing and I will be using that dedicated axle pulling set that I purchased for myself, as I dont want to hammer it again

Да, весь тосол пойдет в обратку все равно , просто дольше чем через главный большой патрубок. Цыркуляцыя ганяет тосол постоянно через абсолютно все патрубки и через разшырытельниый бачок. Да через тройник на трубку в печку

Unfortunately there is no dedicated basket for the front of this Gio Titan Premium, I think it is possible to adopt one,but I dont have a video about that, as nobody ever asked me for that yet...

Thank you for your reply. How would one go about putting a basket on the front? Is there a way to connect with you directly? I'm in Canada. Also I'd like a bigger distance can I put lithium batteries and flat-free tires on my scooter?

@bestdog7 Unfortunately there is no available basket for this model from the manufacturer, unless you can find something aftermarket that will be more or less compatible. Most likely, you still be doing some bracket modifications

Thanks I'll look for an aftermarket basket. Can you get a longer distance by putting in lithium batteries or do you suggest that? I'd like more distance. What do you suggest? Also I'm worried about flat tires are there no flat tires for this Gio titan? Thanks love all your videos

@bestdog7 Those rubber tires re pretty durable, and I have seen maybe 5 flat tires in my 10 year experience. Scooter will do distance of 20-25 miles on a single charge, which I think very fair for so such cheap and safe lead acid batteries . There is no safe Lithium batteries that I know, except Lifepo4, if you can afford it. Stay safe

I purchased from Pelican parts, but I also buy from RM European website

You can do continuity test, as shown on one of my other videos , or you can bypass F/N/R switch and connect Bleu and Yellow wires from the controller directly to Red and Black wired on the motor to see if motor will spin. And if it is, than you know that gear switch is not passing power and need to be replaced

If I will show all my tools that I use, than none of the single moms will ever follow my video, thinking it is too complicated and they need same tools to repeat the test....

@simontritton4131 You can install smaller controller to a bigger motor, but not all the way around, as motor might get burned. Better if you install matching power motor and controller

Ok I see my battery is a 36v 8.8ah (316.8 wh) So need a 1000w controller and a 800w motor maybe

@simontritton4131 with this battery Voltage and Amperage 800w is your best option

If you mean steering handle, than yes, they all handle bar pipe type steering handle

Sorry, i am not familiar with your scooter and its wiring diagram color codes, so i can not suggest you much to avoid making it worse... But from my experience i never seen that throttle handle can get damaged , but only controller can get damaged if connected wrongly

I don't have a problem. I'm interested in adding lights and such to mine plus just basic learning what powers what on my scooter and a diagram will show that. I figured you'd have that since you showed how to move the wires for the flashers, which I greatly appreciate. Thanks

@@SuzanneZavetsky You dont need wiring diagram , as you can pull 12V from any of the accessories , like USD port input plug , of from any night light plugs on the back. Just keep in mind that Voltage converter can not handle too many accessories that existed already , and if you overload it , you can burn that Voltage converter, as there is no fuse involved

All the same, just wondering if you had a diagram. A wiring diagram would help me know what the components are and what the wires are going to so I can get the overall picture and with wire colors. Are all the lights 12volt running through the voltage converter?

Motors never fail, unless you have seen Blue melting electrical smoke and motor is seized up

@@You-can-fix-it iwill tell you i was riding my atv up hill in the field and I couldn't go up the hill so i put the throttle all thw way so i wont fall back and i was like stuck there for like 3 seconds because the motor tried pushing up but then it just gave up i still get electricity from the controller to the display but the motor won't work doesnt matter how much i press the throttle, do you think it's the motor or the controller is faulty?

@davidvinitsky438 Before you suspect any faulty components, you must test batteries first, as if batteries are undercharged or if one of them is defective, than controller will not respond until full power is restored

У других так же само работает все как с завода , уже 420К без проблем, даже цепь не менялась еще... Я езжу все 150К пробега в разных погодных условиях , от -40 в Канаде и до +44 в Аризоне, пока все ок

По общей принятой методике проверки наличия давления смотрят в зависимости от оборотов. Да нижний предел на горячем 1,6 и далее с повышением оборот до 5,5!

@@user-qb3wi5sp6q К сожалению такого высокого давления не существует при нагрузке на етом моторе, я машину брал новую и такое было с самого начала... Перепускной клапан всегда регулирует до 2 кг не важно от оборотов ...Только при холодном запуске давления показывает у меня 4.5 кг как и предусмотрено заводом
