Yes! You nailed it! Here in France where people embody spontaneity, my therapist told me that it wasn’t attractive or natural to say what you want or your values at the beginning. I totally disagreed with her. Because then you notice later on that you’re not on the same page with the other one. The hardest part for me is to stick through my values and not thinking I have to change to be accepted. It’s about hearing the no and still choosing yourself and moving forward. I’d love a video on how to stick to your values ❤
