Yes I enrolled my daughter in another teacher’s flex class. She never acknowledged our posts. It’s not a good experience for the child who can be motivated by a reply from the teacher. Silence from the teacher other than scheduled posts isn’t what we paid for 😕

Thank you so much for this video. I created my profile in haste in 2019 and only made minimal updates since then. After transitioning to other ESL companies I stopped teaching on Outschool. With all of the latest economic changes, I started listing classes again and was really searching for someone with short, but direct videos about Outschool. You did a wonderful job explaining the profile creation process. I am hopeful that it will help direct more learners and families to my classes. I do plan to watch many more of your videos as well. Especially the 11 videos on how to increase class enrollment. Keep up the amazing content!

Would you mind sharing approximately how long it took you to get to that point? My class enrollment is strong and steady, so I'm considering setting up some flex classes to see if they take off. Hi Teacher Stephanie! Thank you for the helpful video as always, I've been watching your videos as I get started with my Outschool journey. I just have a quick question... I JUST requested my first class this morning and it got approved so fast. So I just posted some times for next week and made them public, looks like things are all good on my dashboard, but no matter how hard I try I can't find my listing if I search for it as if I were a parent. Of course I can access my listing from my dashboard but not through a regular search, I even filtered my exact date and time, age range etc and scrolled all the way to the bottom! Makes me worried that people can't find me. I can't find my profile either!! Do you know why this might be? I'm in panic mode lol

I definitely need this! It can be discouraging for those starting out and especially if there's a low rating from a parent due to some ridiculous, probably avoidable, mistake.

Hi Stephanie! Nice to contact with you, I am watching your videos and they are really helpful. I want you to be my referee but I have several questions if you have time to answer before I apply for Outschool. I am a resident in USA, I can teach English and Arabic. Is it a must using programs like canvas, power point , manicam and other programs while teaching with Outschool? Can I use my phone or iPad to show my students pictures or whatever I want to teach them? Can I use DIY props while teaching kids? My best regards Muna Habeeb
