Would this work on cardstock paper? :) or does it have to be oragami paper?

It would likely work as long as the cardstock wasn’t too thick, only risk would be the boxes might be more of a tight fit, and the folds would require a bit more strength/ pressure compared to regular paper😄

@ thank you so much for replying so fast! I can’t wait to try this! I figured cardstock would definitely hold the heavier trinkets better. What are the approximate dimensions of the boxes? I was hoping to try to make 3x3x3 boxes but wasn’t too sure what size paper to use

Apologies for the slight delay, we had to remake it just in case to give you an accurate measurement… using standard paper one box is roughly 4.8cm by 4.8 cm by 4.8 cm, so if you’re not using cm and are using inches, it would be 1.89x1.89x1.89 inches , essentially the box is 1/4 the original paper size for all sides, so if you want a 3x3x3 box (if we’re still talking inches it would be 12x12 inches, if cm then 12x12 cm) and the drawer portion (based on calculations) would be exactly 11.1x11.1 (11x11 should be fine too) Hope this helps! 😁
