Every single guide out there on this topic is made by ppl who barely know the rules of these sites and nuances to the hacking minigame. Yours included. First of all, if you're not scanning then why are you decloaking yourself? Just hit approach/orbit and once you get close the structure will decloak you. Why do it this way? Because decloaking is when the timer starts, so by doing this yourself you waste precious seconds. You can just go for 1 can and just cargo scan everything. There should be enough time for that. As for the minigame research "rule of 6", "rule of 8". This makes the minigame way more predictable and way faster. Instead of clicking randomly like you do...

Just a heads up, but with the way the server ticks work. Your align time gets rounded up, so therefore your align time is actually 4 seconds with this fit. With that being said, might want to consider swapping an i-stab for a warp core stab. That should keep the 4 second align, but also keep your signature smaller and give you the ability to gtfo if pointed.
