I wonder why. That omission from the set was a bit of a disappointment at the Greenville SC show. O Holy Night is my favorite Christmas song and I was looking sooo forward to hearing them sing their epic version of it.

Did any of them seem sick or anything? If they took it off their set list, my guess is one (or more) of them wasn't feeling it and it would have affected the overall quality of the song.

@@tantalum7220 Apparently, it was only performed at their first concert of the tour. I know both Mitch and Scott were sick at some point and had to sing from “Christmas jail” off stage. They were both on stage in Greenville.

I cannot control who sits in front of me. I can only work around the blockade. Unfortunately for me being a short person, the 2 in front were over 6 feet tall.

I love Scott's voice and I see nothing wrong with his singing in this song. He is just amazing.

I hear nothing wrong with Scott’s voice in this performance. The only time I notice Scott’s voice ‘not at its best’ is when he has a low baritone or bass section of a song - Sound of Silence, for example. They record the song in a certain key. What performers will very often do for live performances is perform the song in a lower key because hitting high notes like that consistently is hard. So he then has to go even lower for live performances, and ~his voice will often sound ‘scratchy’ (not vocal fry, which is a technique all on it’s own - this is definitely vocal strain). That’s really the only time I hear it - other than when he gets a little too ambitious with his improvised runs. 😂❤

Matt outshines everyone here. Bravo🎉🎉🎉🎉 I think for a first time it was well done and it will be better everytime they will perform it. My only little issue: Scott improvises way too much. The way he sang in the track was perfect and he should stick with it in their live version. I love him so much.

Agreed scott tends to do that alot which is something im not a big fan of , but when he stays on originals key then it does it good but the extra vocals and note changes arent something i like .

@@pghlife8200 Absolutely especially if it's the first time you perform a song. When they sing Hallelujah I'm perfectly fine that they do some improvisation because they've been singing this song pratically forever.
