First five minutes and I give this book at thumbs down due to the writers BullSh'.... he said he drops out of school and travels for 8 years then goes into sales and in 5 years he becomes a VP ... at age 25. What did he drop out of school at 12 and start working on ships, LOL. Brian Tracy is like a third rate Tony Robbins.

Key words Chapter 1 = how you look at world is everything Chapter 2 = dominant thoughts throughout the day, daily motivational things Chapter3 = imagine the day you become that Chapter 4 = Make a commitment, and never ever ever give up, life will test you like hell, stay there. Chapter 5. Spot the benefits of a tragedy, adversity, bad thing happening to you, a bad thing teaches us that we are strong, an adversity is a good thing, always welcome it because it has happened, you can't change it but you can extract the good thing out of it, make your problems your opportunities, grow stronger with them. Always ask your, " What have I learned from this tragedy? " Chapter 6 - Words you use forms your beliefs which shapes your attitude. Use positive words to describe everything about you, always use positive words. Never say " I can't do this, it's too hard, Say, " It's challenging, And I love challenges " . Do not encourage your negative qualities by using negative words. Use positive words in the 4 imp't areas of your life:- 1. Relationship. => Never say things like " All good ones are gone ", " I'll never find someone good " 2. Financial Position => Instead of saying, " I am poor " , say, " I have enough for myself to work hard and make my wealth even more " 3. Career => Have a vision, and use words that support it, never discuss your goals with people who discourage you. 4. Health. => Your words get reflected in your body. If you say, " Today is terrible ", you'll feel terrible, use bright cheerful words to describe your health.
