i don't have the watch anymore, i was giving it as a gift, but i think the main screen showed the time, last measured heart rate, calories burned, and daily steps taken. (maybe the last recorded body temperature is in there) - hope that helps.

The civilian program exists for two reasons. One is economic as it generates a massive amount of jobs and research which pays people and keeps everything going. The second and bigger reason is they don't want to admit to this stuff existing and use the conventional programs as a smoke screen. Pretty obvious really man.
