where do you buy the sugars rub
@SmokecraftBBQ9 күн бұрын
Unfortunately, Sugars has stopped distributing. But there are a lot of great rubs out there. You want to look for one that's got a bit of heat to go after the SPG, then a sweet & savory rub to finish it off. Good luck!

195 degrees for chicken
@SmokecraftBBQ8 күн бұрын
We push them to 203-205. This is because of the added phosphates. Once you add them, you have to go further to get to the desired tenderness

Great Video! How come the new pan after the wrap? Is it just easier for cleanup/no mess on the outer foil?
@SmokecraftBBQАй бұрын
Exactly. We like keeping our smokers clean so no foul flavors make their way into the food. And it's just easier to move them around!

Bruh, you did way too much to that batch of thighs. After all that, where's the chicken taste? You over thought the whole process. I wouldn't eat that.

100% a myth on the foil. Doesn’t affect the cook. Some people think it reflects heat but its been busted. Makes no difference.

What’s the measurements on your square guide??
@SmokecraftBBQ5 ай бұрын
Our disposable boards are now from BoostYourBBQ.com. They have 1” lines to help us measure and the square is 9”x9”, same as a KCBS turn-in box. This way we can be sure it all fits before we box it!
