In healing modalities right hand is the giving hand and the left is the receiving hand. The right hand gives the healing energy to the heart and the left is pulling that energy to your core.

Such an inspiring talk! Thank you! Much appreciated! I like the way Dr.Siegel's creativity in using the language to share his wisdom, e.g. deconstructing and reconstructing language (MWE), coming down to the deep layer of things with simplicity, thus connecting these concepts in an organic map, e.g. relationship is sharing of energy and information flow, brain is embodied mechanism of energy and information flow, love comes from differentiation and linkage, integration makes it visible the kindness and compassion, resonance using music notes.......too much content in it, the talk itself is an beautiful example of integration of multiple disciplines! Grateful for it!

It's people's need to be in the kitchen for an 18 hour window every day. I have to sleep in between that because the kitchen is right by 2 of the bedrooms. It's impossible to sleep when someone is slamming the microwave door or smells are seeping in. I do everything I can: floor fan, white noise video, air filter, things stuffed under the door to keep the smell out. It doesn't work. I've got one who needs to eat at 12:30 am and then the other is up at 4:30 am to get ready for work. I'm the only one working 40 hours a week and I am dying on the vine.

Hi Dr. Chris Hill! I'm Dr. Clarence Baskin, Biology Educator in the Prince George's County Public Schools System. I have a subscription with Visible Body and enjoying it tremendously!!! They are using Augmented Reality Mode (AR Mode). I attended a webinar, but missed some of it. After viewing the video, I saw some great things that I shall implement in my classroom! After the video ended, it a few KZbin spotlight display. I just happened to click on it, and it then took me to Augmented Reality and Spine Surgery | Live Demonstration with Dr. Chris Hill | St. John's Health. While listening to this, I heard that you did a residency at Fort Benning, Georgia. That's awesome! I was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia. The base is about 10- 15 minutes from where I lived growing up. That was heart-warming about the little girl. Hey, take care and continue to stay safe!!

I suffered childhood trauma and it has my world. So many bad decisions. Now, at the age of 73, I am in neobiofeed back therapy, EMDR, and talk therapy. I am seeing therapists about twice a week, as I continue to work 4 days a week. A lot of my money is spent on my therapy. I am depressed despite the therapy.

Hi Shawna, Your information about sleep was very informative. If you are looking for a doctor's perspective on this subject, then Doctor Avinesh Bhar would be interested in doing a podcast with you on this subject. He is a fellowship-trained and board-certified doctor in sleep and pulmonary medicine. He is based in Macon, Georgia, and has a sleep treatment practice. Thank you.

The healing rate of my Tinnitus, Herpes virus and my Tuberculosis the very first time I apply and use the medicine Dr Madida sent me, it cultivated a good impression in me that it is gonna work and it did work because right now I don't longer experience Tinnitus and tuberculosis Effects anymore that I use to experience because the conditions is completely gone and my junior brother used Anosmia treatment from them too and he is cured also.

Doesn't it make more sense to consider the village in the context of creation instead of evolution? Capacity of consciousness and awareness is best considered when you realize that conception was valued by the Creator.

When he said 'No' - I felt confused, hurt and like I couldn't do anything. When he said 'Yes' I felt immediately a little happier and like I could continue with my life and was free. Wow, so powerful.
