This type of pill would be very easy to formulate. Lead is known to be very toxic to the human body and in particular very toxic to the brain and nervous system. So, to formulate this pill. all you have to do is to create a very bioavailable form of lead that contains a very precise quantity of lead and that pill would decrease your IQ by a specific amount permanently.
