can I mention my wife's depository account detail while applying IPO in my pnb netbanking and if it got alloted then money will be deducted from my account and share transfer to my wife demat account ?

Nope !! PAN number of the primary account holder in the Bank Account and Demat Account should be the same for valid IPO applications. Or Money will be deducted form same Demat account with same Pan. Card.

DP I'd name is different from DP demat account number. DP I'd is 8 digit long while dp AC number is 16 digit.The DP ID is usually the first eight digits of an investor's 16-digit Demat account number. If it this option is no gonna to click , skip this. You have to fill the Registered mobile with d.o.b or pan card no. Then verify with OTP then you will get the option of pin generation. And also set the pin of new ATM.

IPO applications of ₹2 lakh and above are considered under the HNI category. Applications up to ₹5 lakh can be placed using UPI because UPI payment limit upto 5 Lakh .For any amount above ₹5 lakh, use ASBA through Net Banking. There is no separate option to choose HNI while applying for an IPO. In SHNI or BHNI you have to Select IPO price with the Multiple of lot size of the IPO having Blocked amount follows the HNI rules. Your Multiple is such that amount is above than 2 lakh to lies in HNI category. The IPO window for HNI clients closes at 4 PM on the last day of bidding.The Cutoff price option cannot be selected for bids above ₹2 lakh, and the bid price needs to be entered manually. IPO applications under the HNI category cannot be deleted or modified to reduce the size of the application according to SEBI IPO regulations. Modifications in this category can only be made to increase t application.

This is safe than UPI. Because IPO apply via ASBA is applying through Net Banking. In this ASBA Money is blocked by your bank and bank is also responsible for your lien amount or blocked amount. Your amount is 101% safe in ASBA mode.

Q1.Can I apply for an IPO online any number of times with the same PAN? Or Can I apply IPO from other person bank account SBI? No. You can apply for an IPO only once with the same PAN. Q2.Can I apply for an IPO online through any other channel? Banks in India no more offer the 3rd Party ASBA IPO application starting from 1st May 2022. The PAN number of the primary account holder in the Bank Account and Demat Account should be the same for valid IPO applications going forward.

Retail Individual Investors (RII) are those who can apply up to Rs 2,00,000 in an IPO. Non-Institutional Investors (NII) are those individual investors, NRIs, companies, trusts, etc. who bid for more than Rs 2 lakhs. As we think you apply with in amount of 15k then Select Retail category.

1.You can multiple the quantity of lot size in bid section As in this case you have to Apply for more lots added Quantity numbers is 58, 116, 174 etc..Then Quantity* price = Bid Value. A customer can find with which depository (CDSL or NSDL) he has an account in the following ways:- Check your demat account-related documents i.e. demat statement, dp slips etc. Contact your broker whom with you have your demat account. If 16 digits demat account number starts with IN, your Demat account is said to be registered with the NSDL depository. If 16 digits demat account number's first 8 digits are numeric, your Demat account is said to be registered with the CDSL depository
