LChicken thighs or whole chicken pieces cut into 2-inch pieces. Seasonings and Spices: Curry powder, All-purpose seasoning, Salt, Pepper Vegetables: Yellow onion, Green onions, Green pepper, Garlic cloves, Russet potato Herbs: Fresh thyme Heat: Scotch bonnet pepper (optional) Cooking Fats: Olive oil Liquids: Water Rice. Season chicken then burn a bit of curry add the chicken to curry cook. Then add rice and leave to simmer. Watch video again and it will guide u. 11/8/2024 - I just came across your video, watched, liked and subscribed. I really like the tip you gave with the flour and baking powder. Always wanted to know the ratio :) The food looks delicious and easy to do. I never heard of that fish before however, I will try it with mackerel. Can you do rice and peas next time please? need measurements with the liquid to the rice. Thanks. I hope you are a Jamaican, I just took it for granted that you are :)
