Loving the breakdown so far. Up in the Horse Creek area, all the way back at the beginning of the creek is extremely shallow most of the time (like 1'-3'). The giant break wall that you hinted might be a bridge actually is a bridge that they started building years ago but never finished and its name is "the unfinished bridge".

Down the Tennessee river I'm floating, Enjoying the warmth of the sun upon my face. When suddenly the water starts exploding, I start searching frantically for my Trace. The bass crushing bait all around me, My heart beating out of my chest. I launch my lure as far as I can see, And it lands in the midst of this fest. Ripping and pausing, Reeling and tossing, Anticipating for my line to get tight. With a straight retrieve, I'm suddenly relieved, When a massive bass finally gives me a fight!

My favorite floating baits are crawlers. They are so sillly but so fun

Set out for a fishing trip my partner was gloating, we hit the burrito spot our stomachs were bloating. We then checked the plug the number 1 rule in boating, boat weighted down from the gear we were toting. Not knowing where to start we ended up voting, a beautiful cove top water exploding. Along came a giant sharking and doting, crushed the new glide bait that was just barely floating. 🎣

When I win one of those sacks I will be gloating because off to the lake I go trolling and floating woo hoo

This helps a lot, I've only been fishing since November 2023, and I spend lots of time out at proctor. Only have caught cats and little white bass but I'm fishing from shore and don't really know what I'm doing yet, I guess you could say. Hoping to catch a largie sooner rather than later. Maybe one day I'll get out on a boat and chase those huge Hybrids
