This was very helpful, thank you! Someone also recommended putting shampoo on dry hair, rubbing it and then washing it out, I shall try both ways.

Thanks for the tip! It works!! I used 1/2 The Mane Choice "Soft as can be" conditioner & 1/2 ACV and it worked like a charm. Minimal breakage - just the usual from keeping the braids in for 7 weeks.

You can be as gentle as possible but you’re still going to lose that clump of hair in the buildup! These styles aren’t really protecting ish, if I’m losing hair 😩
@chrisd9248 Жыл бұрын
I used to rip through that build up like it owed me money. I used to think it was glue because it was so intense. I've since realized it was the products I was using when I had my kinky twists in. I'll try your technique next time.

My friend turned me on to these products. My skin has always been pretty ok (thank you Mom), but maaaaan, these have taken it to another level. I've had people literally shocked at how good my skin looks. The Turmeric mask and soap specifically have been game changers for me. Also love the body oils, pumpkin mask, oil moisturizers, spray toner and cream moisturizer.

Thank YOU! I just detangled 1 braid and it took 60% of my hair. My eyes literally started watering thinking of how much hair I was going to lose (I have individuals)! I'm glad I found your video. I'm going to AC vinegar spray my entire head and THEN individually. Thanks for helping me save my hair!
