You’re very welcome, happy it helped! I’m skeptical on them. I tried to take a buyer out there before so I called to schedule an appointment. Out of the 5 times I called they never answered once. Not a good sign if a builder won’t answer the phone because when their buyers have questions, you’re going to want your questions answered, mostly for such a big purchase. Now if you don’t have an agent I could help and actually go to the office when that happens, but I personally would look for other builders if you decide to go at it alone. Responsiveness by builders and their sales reps is important. There’s way too much money on the line to not be. Hope that helps and feel free to check out the other videos. I know, people try to make it seem much worse than it is. I'm there all the time and know lots of people out there. They never complain about it being a bad place to live.

I know many people who live in Stockton and have told me they never see any kind of violence or drama. It’s all about where you choose to go, just like in any other city.
