Hmmm all looks a little jank as if something is sticking. In the movie the holster fully pops out when the armour folds away, if they were imitating that then it's not working lol. All seems very fiddly, I don't know how you managed to make it do anything but it looks good regardless. Still don't know how the leg would work IRL when the thigh is hollow with no pistons. actuators and motors inside but that's movie magic I guess :-D

Yes, the hood/bonnet is screen correct, the real car and my friends real one have the satin black insert. The real car had a fake supercharger that was mounted on a frame attached to the engine. Thats how Max was able to turn it on and off during in the movie, something you cant do in real life. The hat (scoop) on top of the blower is just as legendary over here in oz, it was loaned from a prominent drag racer of the era on the condition that it was returned after filming. It got damaged during filming and was welded at the top rear. The weld marks can be seen on all the replicas cast from the original and even they are rare. My friends car has the weld marks in his casting copy. The original scoop, to this day resides with a surving family member of the drag racer, cant remember his name, and is...according to current sources...in a box...under his bed...somewhere in Melbourne.

you find the problem with the headlight could be the wires are to tight so the lights cannot lift,I had the same problem, there was a lot of issues with the build I was so glad to finish it

Always niggled me how his right leg even moved when the thigh was taken up with his holster and gun and no mechanically realistic bits for actual movement, but, that's movie magic for you :-)

I know it seems counter intuitive, but I reckon the other hinge is like a kitchen door to allow the part to swing outwards and back then fold down the middle once it's away from the rest of the thigh, giving him access to his weapon. I should have watched the whole video before opening my gob as it does exactly that :-P
