Statistics need to be exposed for how many of these willfully stupid people are in work shops with nothing on their feet or only mere sandals. There is NO shortage of videos whereby people in that country casually work with such carelessness to safety. No one is saying they should have the ridiculousness of safety extremism BUT those people dont even have the BASIC common sense for doing things like NO baggy clothing when working around machinery and especially no baggy clothes near lathes!

My guess is that it's a trade, say 100kg of dirty plastic for 20kg of clean white plastic. But why do they make such large pancakes of plastic goo, just to have them later crushed ? Make smaller and longer rods of plastic, if possible, cool them down fast and directly feed them in the crusher. Feed the small pebbles into a silo so you can easely fill the bags without a shovel and a 2nd person. If possible, fill them into big bags directly onto the transport vehicle. lol, so much could be improved. But the worst part is the working conditions, that smoke is a killer.

(1) Put the machine a bit higher, so that (2) the output goes into a trough, which slides the product into (3) a frame that holds the bag, This way the bag fills automatically, the worker only need to remove the full bag, put on an empty bag, then he can deal with the full bag. No scrabbling on the floor with his HANDS to gather the granules. Similar at 10:20
